AIRCRAFT ADMINISTRATION AND FLIGHT OPERATIONS

SOLAIR LLC administers your aircraft including it in our “fleet”. Our group of experienced professionals will cover all aspects of ownership, operation, logistics, and maintenance of your aircraft. We will also provide personalized support for your trips in association with one of the largest and most experienced groups in Travel Support. We have expert technicians in all maintenance including AOG parts, acquisition, history, AD´S compliance, and discounts on parts and fuel. Our software will offer you a detailed summary of operational costs, maintenance, parts tracking and justification of traveling in a private aircraft.

SOLAIR will coordinate all aspects of administering your aircraft so as to keep it operational at all times.

MAINTENANCE:

According to the specific needs, SOLAIR provides total maintenance to your aircraft including line maintenance, preventive and corrective maintenance; modifications or STC compliance; and detailed clean up. Every aircraft has a resume with all maintenance history with its respective “Time Table” for preventive and corrective maintenance issues. All documents and airworthiness procedures conforming to the applicable regulations are performed by the Maintenance Department of SOLAIR. All our maintenance personnel attend refreshment courses annually keeping fresh on all Service Bulletins, Airworthiness Directives, and Manufacturers recommendations. Mayor services that cannot be accomplished by SOLAIR will be contracted with the appropriate shop and our personnel will accompany and supervise the whole process.

SOLAIR’s slogan in maintenance is to “PREVENT” rather than to “REGRET “.

AIRCRAFT CHARTER:

If your flight frequency is under 25 hours per year or between 25 – 75 hours per year, chartering aircraft might be an interesting and cost-worthy solution for your travel needs.

Chartering an aircraft is like renting a limousine since it doesn’t require any compromise and could constitute a more appropriate start in corporate or executive aviation.

FRACTIONAL OWNERSHIP:

This is the largest growing model of corporate and executive aviation in the present aviation world. For a fraction of the acquisition cost and operational cost you have the opportunity to operate your own aircraft(s) according to your needs. From a Single Engine Piston Aircraft to a Long Range Turbo Jet are available under this figure without the total cost for the maintenance, crews, and regulatory issues to worry about.

This concept is very similar to the Time Sharing in hotels or resorts which have widely spread around the world.

SOLAIR can offer you share(s) on one or various aircraft of different characteristics that will satisfy your travel needs. You can acquire 1/4 share of an aircraft (leased or not), pay a “Shared” monthly fee for maintenance, crew training, and administration of the aircraft and the flight hour at “cost” with overhaul provisions incorporated.

Fractional Agreements are made to last 5 years and are renewable or cancelable during this period .

There are three types of agreements:

1. Ownership Agreement between the co-owners of each aircraft.

2. Management Agreement in which each program participant contracts with the Program Manager for management services.

3. Master Interchange Agreement in which all program participants swap aircraft.

SOLAIR’s Fractional Program is a “Local” Program which will not charge you in the administration fee a ferry charge up front. Ferry’s are paid only when you need them and where you need them and you pay them at cost. In essence, SOLAIRS’s Fractional is as flexible as it gets, allowing you to grow together according to your needs. Managing the aircraft and agreements facilitates and clarifies the commitments of each party in the ball game thus guaranteeing a cordial relationship all together.

AGRICULTURAL DIVISION

Solairs Ag Division offers solutions to different issues involving Ultra Low Volume, and Medium Volume applications in different kinds of crops.

The use of light aircraft makes feasible the “Prevention Controlled Applications” rendering very good quality at affordable costs.

Pilot and ground personnel safety is enhanced by the great capabilities of the Stol Aircraft being able to land at 35 mph and no more than 300 ft of runway.

The spraying system consists of 8-10 variable speed and droplet size atomizers that guarantee an even application with droplets ranging all the way to 600 microns.

An automatic flagging system and special shutoff valves enables the pilots to hit on the target with constant precision and minimal or no off-field dripping.
